In 1982, Dr. Francisco Bucio graduated from the México University U.N.A.M. He then went on to complete a five-year residency training program specializing in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery at the prestigious General Hospital in México City. Dr. Francisco Bucio also completed a fellowship in microsurgery at Davies Medical Center in San Francisco, California.

In 1989, Plastic Surgeon Francisco Bucio M.D. started his private practice in Tijuana B.C., and his prestige has steadily grown for the past 25 years due to his care for his patients, his constant attendance at Local, National and International meetings to up-to date and improve his knowledge, as well as sharing his own.

Dr Francisco  Bucio has been the subject of world-wide attention  for involuntary circunstances,  that made him show his indominable spirit and overcome the loss of four fingers of his right dominant hand , recover through reconstructive microsurgery and  continue with his mission, providing with the best care for his patients.
